I help company owners find clarity in situations that need judgement and a tailored approach. Sometimes the answer is a system. Sometimes it is a decision, or space for what matters to finally be said.

AI can shorten the path from an idea to a first version dramatically. My work is to give that speed a direction the company can carry and keep developing.
I speak with the owner and with the people closest to the issue. I look for what is really happening, what has not been said yet, and where the problem is only wearing a different costume.
Sometimes one decision is enough. Sometimes it means opening an uncomfortable topic, changing responsibility or building a new way of working. I do not start with a tool or a template.
I translate the situation into roles, workflow, assignments and a first working version. So it is clear who owns what, and the company can continue without me.

That it matters to know what is production and what gets backed up. That architecture is built to survive Monday operations. That a project needs an owner and an end. These things still apply, even with AI.
For some types of work, AI can pull the first version down from months to days. That makes it even more important for the team to know who owns the result and who will develop it further.
People often see both the problem and the solution before they are given space to name them. Sometimes roles need to change. Sometimes it is enough to create a space where the important thing can be said. The owner does not have to be the only one holding the whole.
For more than ten years, alongside business, I have also been doing inner work. That helps me notice how the owner decides, communicates and carries responsibility. This is often where strengths and blind spots live. I can name them without drama and work with them as part of the business.

I received this feedback after sharing in a circle at a personal development seminar. Calm is a working tool for me. When the noise goes down, it is usually easier to see what is actually happening and what needs to be decided.
For Audiolibrix publishing house, I did technical proofreading of the Czech translation. I checked whether terminology from technology and AI made sense in Czech. I also wrote a foreword for the edition, printed on the inside cover. The publisher also shared it on the book page.
